About Rehabilitation Services
Our team of allied health professionals is dedicated to providing a range of comprehensive occupational rehabilitation, health, injury management and recovery services and delivering tailored preventative health programs. Navigating the complex nature of injuries, individuals, work and home environments, relationships and personal injury schemes – is what we do best.

Workplace Rehabilitation
We work with individuals and organisations to expertly identify and co-ordinate rehab services that will be best suited to achieving a timely, cost effective and sustainable outcomes for all parties involved.
Return to Work Case Management
We assist individuals with physical and psychological injuries overcome obstacles preventing them from resuming a full and productive life. Our occupational therapists, psychologists, rehabilitation counsellors and exercise physiologists are allocated cases to correspond with their expertise to ensure efficient and effective interaction between all affected parties to achieve safe and timely outcomes. Our consultants are well versed in relevant legislation and best practice guidelines to ensure all parties are suitably consulted and considered in the return to work process. Intervention is proactive, goal-focused and correspondingly cost-effective. Our Recovery at Work plans and reports are directive, evidence-based and transparent.
Injury Management
We provide injury management services on an outsourced basis guaranteeing organisational compliance, highly effective injury management, detailed documentation and insightful planning. Arrangements are flexible to include total function management or as an overflow resource for return to work coordinators and/or injury managers.
Establishment of Provider Networks
Rehabilitation Services facilitates the establishment of a network of relevant providers of health services specific to the needs of individual organisations that allow direct input into the injury and health management process. Service standard agreements are negotiated with focus on convenience, quality and value.
Claims and Injury Management Helpline
We provide direct and on-call access to experience and expertise for those dealing with injury and claims management issues. We’re here to help navigate the complexities and impact of injuries on individuals, organisations, peers, finances and schemes – it’s what we do.
Good to Great Injury Management Training
Bridging the gap between good policy and good practice can be difficult. We offer a specialised training workshop to up-skill line managers, supervisors and directors in the most effective approach to achieving an exceptional workplace culture for the management of injuries - reducing compensation premiums and improving morale.
Injury Prevention
We offer a range of tailored training programs and assessments designed to develop awareness of workplace health and safety issues and best practices from ergonomic assessments to manual handling training. Training is developed to incorporate the functional requirements of individual workplaces with a focus on injury prevention, ranging from 20 minute high impact presentations to two day courses with audiences from factory floor to boardroom.

Rehabilitation Services offers complete OHS management systems tailored to the needs of individual business environments.
