About Ontime: Based in Carlton Ontime Healthcare is a leading supplier of staffing solutions to individual care recipients in their homes as well as hospitals and nursing homes in Melbourne and Regional Victoria.
We are registered to provide services to NDIS participants, Homecare Package recipients, CHSP, and private clients and also have strong relationships with all major public hospitals and aged care facilities.

We're on the hunt for an Allocations and Administrative Officer who will be responsible for providing top-notch care staff to our valued customers throughout Metropolitan Melbourne and Regional Victoria. But wait, there's more! You'll also be in charge of managing all administrative duties required to make sure we're hitting our business goals. This is your chance to become a vital member of our fun-loving crew, and we can't wait to have you on board!
An example of shift hours are: Monday – Friday – 5am-8am
Monday – Friday – 5pm-11pm
Saturday - Sunday - 5am - 2pm
What your day will look like:Get ready for an action-packed day! You'll be in charge of booking and replacing nurses on a daily basis, making sure everything is recorded on our top-of-the-line rostering systems. But that's not all! You'll also be forward booking nurses and ensuring that our records are up-to-date and accurate. Plus, you'll be maintaining open lines of communication with every single team member. It's all in a day's work for you!
The successful candidate will have: - High attention to detail
- Confident, resourceful and positive approach
- Demonstrated effective time management with the ability to prioritise
- A practical approach to problem solving, troubleshooting and decision making
- Experience in office administration
