Role responsibilities: - Drive outcomes for your team and manage growth for agents and private work.
- Ensure your team is appropriately trained to ensure outstanding return to work outcomes and customer satisfaction.
- Management of billables within your team
- Actively contribute to marketing the company’s range of services.
- Attendance and contribution at internal case reviews and staff meetings.
- Perform occupational rehabilitation, case management, private consulting or training services as per WorkSafe standards and the company’s policies and procedures.
- Ensure all external documentation is of an excellent standard.
- Assist General Manager with the management of team related complaints.
- Employer marketing and relationship maintenance
- Promotion of the company to increase growth.
Requirements: - Fully registered with relevant body: Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Nurse, Psychologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor, Exercise Physiologist
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to grow business.
- Demonstrated ability to foster strong customer relationships.
- Advanced communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Previous experience leading at team of up to 10 allied health professionals
- Knowledge and understanding of Workers’ Compensation and injury management.
