Physical and Psychological Workplace Assessments

Our physical and psychological workplace assessments, carried out by Altius Group's psychologists and occupational therapists, provide the opportunity for employee symptom resolution and the modification of work practices and the work environment - for long term employee and employer health benefits.

Psychological and physical assessments identify an individual’s specific health issues and potential sources of symptom elevation. This enables our specialists to provide confirmation of appropriate work duties and make specific recommendations, such as recommendations on correct working postures, ergonomic postures and safe working principles. Strategies for managing situations impacting on workplace psychological health, such as bullying, will also be recommended.
